Levitra in Small doses does the trick

Levitra Vardenafil is a prescription medicine that is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Men on nitrate drugs should not take Levitra Vardenafil. Such a combination could cause your blood pressure to drop to an unsafe level.

Vardenafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for treating impotence (erectile dysfunction) or (erection problems), is sold under the trade name Levitra. Vardenafil’s indications and contra-indications are the same as with other PDE5 inhibitors; it is closely related in function to sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis). As with all ED drugs, there is a rare risk of an erection lasting longer than four hours. To avoid long-term injury, seek immediate medical attention if this occurs

Points to know about Levitra vardenafil

Levitra Vardenafil does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. In rare instances, men taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Levitra Vardenafil have reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision in one or both eyes, or a sudden loss or decrease in hearing, sometimes with ringing in the ears and dizziness. It is not possible to determine whether these events are related directly to these medicines or to other factors. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop taking PDE5 inhibitors, including Levitra, and call a doctor right away.

In order to ensure that Levitra Vardenafil is right for you, discuss your medical condition, including any heart problems and medications, including alpha blockers prescribed for prostate problems or high blood pressure, with your doctor. Levitra Vardenafil is not recommended for men with uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Dosage of Levitra

The starting dose of Levitra Vardenafil is 10mg, taken no more than once per day. In clinical trials, the most commonly reported side effects were headaches, flushing, and stuffy or runny noses. Levitra Vardenafil is available in 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg tablets.

Levitra Vardenafil is taken by mouth as needed, one hour before sexual activity with or without food. A high-fat meal may also decrease the amount of drug that is absorbed. Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while you are being treated with this medication, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. The Levitra Vardenafil dosage is based on your medical condition, response to therapy, and other medications you may be taking

Other Medicines for erection problems treatments

There are three oral prescription medications approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction: sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra), and tadalafil (Cialis, Cialis a day). All three belong to a class of drugs called selective enzyme inhibitors that block the enzyme phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5). Blocking this enzyme helps maintain levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (GMP), a chemical produced in the penis during sexual arousal. Balanced levels of GMP causes the smooth muscles of the penis to relax and increases blood flow.

PDE5 inhibiting impotence pills are a good choice for men of any age, and from any ethnic backgrounds, who are in good health and who do not have health conditions that prohibit taking them, such as the use of nitrates or alpha-blockers.
